I ordered on Apr 26 and haven't received anything but this email for my money.

I am still waiting for the vitamins I ordered, never have I had such a bad experience. I called they never answered the mail box is full. Very unfortunate. You just lost a good customer.

did not get order, and could not contact anyone.

It's been 2weeks since I placed my order and I am still waiting.

I ordered a product on April 27, 2012 that is in high demand but when I ordered their catalog showed it was in stock. When I called about 10 days ago, I got a recording stating that orders would be processed within 3 days and they were inundated with phone calls. I haven't checked my order status online in a few days but it did not have the ship date listed the last time I checked. Perhaps they would not be getting so many calls if they entered the ship dates on their orders. I don;t know what else to say except this doesn't look good and I am not pleased.

Ordered a product that has never arrived. Sent them an email which was auto venerated to say we are trying ti answer everyone's calls and emails but even after I told them I think they may be fraudung me they don't even have a real person calm my fears. A real company would have someone call right away to either offer a refund or address my worries!!! Don't buy from here! Who knows if they are trying to keep my money, not even a clue when it should arrive and it's been a good couple weeks!!! Beware

I placed an order on May 4, and it was paid for thru PayPal. As of today May 16, I have received any information on where my order is. I have e-mailed twice with no response. Still waiting to see if my order will be filled or if I need to request a refund.
