try to reach them to have a refund no answer never again!

It has been almost a month and I still haven't recieved items...emailed them and still a week after the email no reply...

I placed an order for green coffee bean extract--four bottles of 30 count--on May 5, 2012. On May 11, I sent an email asking about ny order, and I have received no response at all. Today is May 18th, and still no order and no response from the company.

On 4/29/12 I made an order. I still haven't received anything it is now 5/18/12

Hi there, Acco. to your previous email,you have mentioned that by 18th of May my order will be shipped from USPS , and youi'll be able to provide tracking no. Now 18th has gone ,and nothing so far.Already there are lots of people complaning about their orders on your website and you guys are not able to give any satisfactory answer. Now i'm getting little worried about my order also. Hopefully you can understand my anxiety ,pls let me know about my order status.I would really appreciate your honest reply. I ordered product on April 29,2012 and it is now 5/18/2012. I still have not received my order. I haven't had any contact with seller, although I have emailed them inquiring about my shipment twice. I tried calling their phone, no one answers, and the voice mail box if full. Please don't be tricked my this bogus company, they take your money and leave you hanging!

I was impressed by the low prices at Pure Health and no charge for S and H. Unfortunately my order was somewhat delayed, but I REALLY appreciated the email that told me why my order was delayed and how much longer it would take to get my product. I will definitely use Pure Health again. Thanks!
