I ordered the product and recieved a reciept. They have not sent any product or sent me an email on when to expect it. I have emailed them and no answer. When I call their phone number it says the machine is full and to call back.

I placed my order back in mid April and it took almost a month for them to send it out to me. They never picked up the phone when I called their customer service number and I never got a reply to my emails, but It finally arrived today so i'm happy.

this company is a fraud and i am contacting the better buisness bureau

Terrible I paid in full and nothing yet . Invoice # 94693 placed and paid for by Paypal 04/30/2012 Invoice # 110940 placed and paid for by Paypal 05/03/2012 I can not get customer service over the phone and mail box is full. Please I want to start right away !!!! Thank you !!!!

I ordered the green coffee extract almost a month ago - no product yet, and both 800 numbers seemed to be disconnected. Very fishy! At this moment, I am extremely dissatisfied.

I ordered on April27th Where is my order? Multiple attempts at contacting them via phone failed since their voice mail greeting explained their situation again & how they were attempting to manage it but to send an email with concerns to my order (I have yet to receive a reply to my email). Now I get a message stating that their mailbox is full! Terrible customer service! I got a reply only after complaining on Trust Pilot. They said my order was shipped . That was over a week ago...Where is it??

Extremely poor, ordered the product over two weeks ago, called two weeks ago and was told my order would not be shipped until a week later and then I would received within 3 to 5 business days. Today is the fifth day and still no product and no answer on the phone number. You are playing with my money for over two weeks, this should not take so very long. If you charge my card, the order should be shipped out the next day and not a week and a half later, and then I should received within 1-3 business days, this will take over three weeks from time of order to delivery that is if it does show up yet today. I think I will be looking at 4 or more weeks and many phone calls. Extremely disappointed!!!!!

I ordered a product on April 30 and it has come off my Mastercard. Everytime I try to contact someone they say this mail box is full or all circuits are busy. When you e-mail the company they never get back to you. I still haven't received my product and probably won't. Don't order anything from this company - they don't seem to be legitimate as far as I can see.
