I ordered something - still has not shipped after 2 weeks, emails not answered when asking when it will be shipped. The 888 number goes to a voice mail.

Put my order in on May 5, 2012, with credit card money is taken have not received anything as of yet called and e-mail have got a call when I called back to see about my status, the phone was full they haven't cleared there messages as of 5/18/2012. For the past three days went on line to check my status by putting in the tracking code the status block was blank . I still don't have any information about my order I find that very upsetting for this kind of Business. I'm very disappointed.

It shouldn't take 2 weeks to get product shipped. I have not recieved any updates or shipping status from you. With tecnology today, that should be an easy thing to provide a new customer. I have never order from you before and had no idea how long it would take. It's not very comforting to know you can take my money but I don't know when to expect my product. Not a good idea to send out a survey before someone gets their order. You shouldn't expect good reviews. Sorry

Ordered meds over 2 weeks ago, still haven't recieved them yet. Got an email from them last week stated they would have my shipment out that week nothing from them since then, attempted to contact be no answer at phone number.

I was very happy with this site. I was looking for "all natural" green coffe extract, and had to wade through a lot of sites. most added silcone, cellulose, etc...this had just the extract itself. Very fast service, and easy check out. Love the results of the green coffee extract, I also purchased Raspberry Ketone, am very happy with my experience with the site, PureHealth quality and the actual suppliments themselves. I will definately be making all my future natural suppliment purchases from here. Very reasonable price, just wish they had a little bigger selection of suppliments you can buy. Right now I think there are only about 10, give or take.

Placed order on 4-26-2012 Invoice paid by 4-27-2012 thru pay pal. Did not receive order until 5-17-2012. Little late but not with your money. Should not have been charged until order was shipped. I'll remember that when I am looking for other products. Thanks anyway [email protected]

Hi Sandra, Sorry for our delay but you will be pleased with the results you get from the product. Please understand PayPal does, in fact, pull funds as soon as your order is placed with them & PayPal then continues to hold those funds, in their possession, UNTIL your order is shipped from our warehouse and we have provided tracking information. Once they have received tracking information- and only then, do they release your funds to us. Please let m e know if you have any questions and I would be more than happy to answer them. It's been 18 day since I ordered the Green Coffee Bean Extract and I haven't received it. I Ordered the same product form another online vender and It came with in 4 days. I'm still waiting.
