I understand they were bombarded with many orders for the green coffee bean extract. It took over a month to receive my order but it was packaged very well and I am very satisfied with the products I received. I would order again but hopefully when they were not so busy.

I ordered two bottles of green coffee bean extract 2 Weeks ago and never received the product.

I was very dissatisfied with how long it took to receive my purchase! I would of understood if the company would have said early that the product was on backorder due to high response. I was never able to get a live person on the phone and sometimes when I called it said "mailbox full". I sent two e-mails finally I received a response on my second e-mail stating my order was ready with no apology. As a consumer you get nervous ordering online wondering if the company is real or not. I will not be placing another order with this company.

I AM NOT READY TO CALL THIS COMPANY A SCAM - I do know that the Net Promoter Score for this company is suffering as a result of these negative ratings.I have read post after post FROM PUREHEALTH100 trying to explain what is going on and why. Is it a good excuse? NO - just the truth. Clearly, "you can't handle the truth"...lol, wait it out...I placed my order on April 28th...waiting! UPDATE----I RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!! ...and placed another

I placed my order on 4/30 and it is /5/19 and have yet to recieve my order!!!! The money was taken out of my account, but I haven't heard anything!!!

Ordered from Pure Health 100 website on 29/4, paid with PayPal and still waiting. Tracking # D58416705A which tells no shipping date. Phoned customer service last week and was told that it should arrive by May 14th and surprise - nothing. I understand that shipping to Canada might take a bit longer, but come on, almost a month later there is nothing happening. Makes it hard to trust the company... Marina
