HORRIBLE!!
No communication, no response to commuication, STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED my product after 3 weeks!!!!!! AVOID!!!! Opened a dispute via 'paypal' because I don't even want the products from them or this frustration anymore, just want my money back at this point!!

Not so good, order placed the last of April and have not received
Hope my order gets here soon. I am looking forward to start using it and getting some results.

A very dependable company.
Pure Health is a very dependable company. They were a bit overwhelmed with orders after a nationwide tv program but they did their best and the product was shipped as soon as they could even adding extra help. I would not hesitate to order from them again and will mostly likely do so soon.

When Do I Get My Order???
I want to know when you are mailing out my order? I have ordered from several companies in the past month and I have never had to wait more then 2 or 3 days for it to be processed and have it shipped. If its because you were out of stock then you should have stated that on your site do that I could have rethought my purchase. I want to try the product but I wanted to start it within a reasonable time period. Its been 14 days since I ordered and you haven't even started the shipping but you took my money the very next day. I just want what I bought. Thank you

Kept me informed about my order.
I ordered after the Dr. Oz show, and was told that they had many orders, but had enough supply. I was informed by e-mail to let me know they hadn't forgotten me, I appreciated that. I was able to track my order, which was nice,

Not happy
2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order. Even worse I'm not sure if has even shipped, I haven't received any shipping notification or tracking numbers. Not happy at all.

Not Amused!!!!
I ordered 2 bottles of product from this company on April 29th...I then received an email on April 5th saying that they were swamped and would be getting out orders asap. It's now May 19th and still nothing. It would have been nice to be told how long it would take before they took my order or at the very least an email after with the option of canceling if it was not to my satisfaction. This is not a great way to start a relationship with a first time customer!!!!
