Ordered 4/27; received 5/19. Longer than expected, but considering the tidal wave of orders understandable. For all of you that seem to be irate because you didn't receive shipment within a week to 10 days, how would you handle your jobs if your work load even doubled????? You can hire help but the learning curve is slow also. We are optimistic that this is going to work and have REORDERED today so that we don't run out.

Order process was Ok, got confirmation of order. then nothing. You look up status of shipment and it just shows you ordered. No communication when emailed about status. If this is back ordered then they should tell you so you can find product some where else. I will not order from them again.

Placed an order 20 days ago and still have not recieved my order. I have sent several email messages and tried to call the customer service number which states that their mail box is full!! Consumers do not order from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think very highly of them right now. I ordered a product that I understand they received many orders because it was featured on Dr. Oz. I ordered on 4/29/12 and they sent me an email 5/4/12 and assured me it would be here soon that they had plenty in stock it was just taking them longer to send out. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my order. If it was going to take longer they should have updated me and if they had that much more to send out hired more workers to help. That's just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions -- everyone's got one. Thank you.

Ordered Rasberry Actone 5-5-12 from Pure Health and have not recevied item as of today 5-18-12.Tried to call number on the web site and was unable to talk with anyone or leave a message due to voice mail full.So at this point they service is POOR.I have opened a complaint with paypal which is how I paid for the product. Hi, the pure health service is terrible! They do not answer emails or telephone calls and when calling all you get is no answer and mail box full. This means you can't even leave them a message. I ordered over $100.00 worth of product on 5/5/12 and have received nothing, other than a confirmation number stating they received my order and payment.
