I ordered and still haven't received my product 18 days later. The status hasn't changed. It hasn't shipped yet. While an 800# for customer service is provided, you cannot reach anyone. There is zero notice provided during the ordering process stating shipping will be significantly delayed. I can't testify as to the intent because I cannot reach a live person.

We have received thousands of emails and calls daily and we are very overwhelmed by the amount of contact we have had since Dr. Oz promoted the Green Coffee Bean Extract because we and one of very few companies who have the pure product and we had no warning or notice he would be speaking on this product. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience, you can expect your order within 14 business day from the date of order. I ordered two bottles of pure health green bean extract order number 858826127B 3 weeks ago and I haven't received it yet. it's almost a month that i've been waiting for it. I tried calling their customer service hotline and the agent on the phone is so disrespectful and didn't even give help me with my order..she just asked my order number and she just said that it will arrive in two weeks. Where is it??? I think this ismsome form of a bogus company.

I wanted to call and see how long before stuff ships b/c most companies either have that on their page or you can call to find out. It has only been a week, but I was wanting to try their product before a conference I go to at the end of June. If there is a backorder b/c of the Dr. Oz recommendation I get that, but also feel maybe a notation should be put on their webpage stating that and to be patient. My order number is F59553828C if anyone from the company could give me a time frame. I would have went to the local health store if I had known (according to some other posts) that it could be backorderd a month out. I don't know, would just like some info.
