I haven't received yet

I placed my order on 4/30/12 and received an e-mail from them immediately indicating my order was being processed. However, that is the last communication I have had from them. I tried calling them to get the status of the order and no one ever answers the phone. Their answering machine indicates all the mail boxes are full so you can't even leave a message. Today, I tried again to call them and their phone isn't answered at all, just keeps ringing. (1-888-323-9355) I sent an e-mail to them over a week ago asking the status and I have not received a reply. At this point, I would like to cancel the order and buy somewhere else, but I can't even do that because I can't get a reply from anyone..... Thank you for any help you can give.

My order went in well over a week ago and I still have not received my product. I am going to contact the better business and find out if they are a real company. If they are not SHAME the hell on me!!!!!

I ordered 2 bottles of Pure Green Coffee Bean extract about 2 months ago and to this day...May 21st, I have received zip, zilch, nothing. I called a week ago and after at least 10 attempts of busy signals I finally got a customer service rep that assured me my order had been sent out the day before. Over a week later..absolutely NOTHING! I try calling now and all the mailboxes are full every time I call., hmmm I wonder why, probably a lot of pissed off people like me trying to find out what is going on if anything. Shame on these people. I was so excited to get this, now I am ordering from somewhere else. Lesson learned from this place...my advice is order ELSEWHERE!

I ordered Pure Health Items1 Pure Red Raspberry Ketones and 1 Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract at the end of April and have yet to recieved my products. I would have went with another company if I knew it was going to take over two weeks to send 2 bottles... When you call no one answers the phones.

Ordered May 2, 2012 and have not received a shipment email to date. I contacted the company via email and recieved a long email about how they were a "mom and pop" company and had received so many orders they were behind. I'm not sure why they are behind since in the same email they boosted about how they had plenty of stock. I still have not received a shipment notice and after reading other warnings regarding the company, I'll probably cancel my order.

Took a while to get, but that's because Dr. Oz talked about Green Coffee Beans on his show. So, just ordered more. Keeping fingers crossed that this stuff works like he said...

Placed order on April 27, still have not received tried calling either busy or unanswered voicemail full cant leave a message tried emailing on the 15th of may no response back.
