Placed order, and PayPal paid it. I waited and waited and it did not show. Had to e-mail them to find out what was going on. They said there was such a demand, they had it on backorder because of the demand increase. They should have sent a note indicating it was backordered instead of me having to ask. They need to improve business protocol.

I've tried the green coffee bean extract and it works,but it makes my skin itch all over. Any suggestions?

Yes u have plenty on hand but 17 days later and my order still hasn't shipped. Your phones dont work or you just dont answer, send an email and got no reply. If I had known it was going to be this long I could have got it local because its in the local stores now. Tired of seeing your excuses. Well its been 3 days since I received your reply that my order was ready to ship and it still hasn't shipped. Thanks so much for the reply that meant nothing.

I don't think you should be charged until item is filled. The item was ordered around (or before) 5/04/12, the poll sent 5/08/12 and it's 5/21/12 and I still haven't received my order! I feel ripped off!

I still have not received my order. This is unacceptable. I ordered it on May 3rd, and today is May 21st and still nothing. I emailed last week and did not receive a response. I calledand there is no answer. Why is it taking so long??? Eliany Colon-Vargas.

Placed my order on April 27 and still don't have it. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is that they did send me an e-mail about a week in saying that they appreciate my patience and are really backlogged. It was an item on the Dr Oz show and the demand is really high. However, it's been almost a month and still nothing.

I was excited to use this product, I feel as if emails were sent out to satisfy the customer during the waiting time. I understand that the Dr. Oz show sent a tidal wave of sales to the company, that held them up-but seriously, April 26 is when I purchased it, it will soon be June. I will have to cancel soon, I feel as if this may be a scam.
