Your customer service picks up and when they hear a voice they hang up. The customer service mail box is often times full and they don't respond to e-mails. I have been waiting for my product for almost a month. When I got my confirmation, nothing was said if there were going to be any delays. Customary shipping is 5-10 business days. I have been waiting more than that. Shame on you.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my order. I tried calling the 1-800 number and nobody answers or it's busy. Now I'm trying to get my money back and I've sent 2 emails so far. I will report this company if I don't hear something back soon.

I have not received my order. I've not received a response from any email request I've sent. I'm unable to get through to any person at Customer Service, since it appears the lines are ALWAYS BUSY, all mailboxes are full, and there are no additional options. This has been going on for a month. My first order didn't make it through the system although I had screen shots of the order but nothing showed at the site, and the second order, confirmed via email, shows all appropriate information/order number, etc., but the check in the system indicates everything just sitting there for over two weeks. I have to say I've never had this negative a response to any on-line order I've ever placed. I'm still looking on the site for the option to cancel the order. Stacy: I sent email to you requesting order cancellation, using the address you provided in your response, and my email bounced back with the notation: Unknown address error/recipient address rejected: User unknown in relay recipient table. Perhaps you could send another email address to contact you.

I placed my order, called two weeks after I ordered it and I was told I would be getting it that Monday. Never did...Now I can't get in touch with anyone.

I was told I would get my package in no longer than 12 days. That was in April and today, May 21, the website shows it hasn't even been mailed yet. Worse of all, they cannot be reached by telephone because it seems to be off the hook, so I am left to wander if I will ever receive it. This company's lack of accountability is outrageous !

I have not recievd my product that I ordered from them since May 3.I have not heard from them .The mail box is full and no one emails me back. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved from any on line order I have had.
