Ordered Product April 29/2012. It is now May 23 I Still Have Not Received Product. How Come? Thanks Bill

The company needs to communicate with its customers and provide information about their orders. I placed an order on May 5th and have no idea what the status is. The link to check the status of your order does not work. When you call the number listed on the website it says only the mail box is full. There is nothing on the company's website indicating what's going on. Only when I found a Facebook page for the company did I learn that they are back logged with orders. The company's website should be the first place they communicate that information to its customers. All people, including myself, want is information. Just tell us you got slammed with orders and it is taking longer. Give us an approximate date for shipping. In this case, no news is very frustrating and makes one think twice about placing a second order with the company.

paid for an order on 5/6/12 and have emailed them 4 times, about no info on my order and still have yet to be contacted

I placed my order on 5/3/12. This "review" is being placed on 5/23/12. I have heard nothing other than an email confirmation of my order. So far, my opinion is not stellar...

My parents ordered the product on May 8th and we have not received the product or had any response to our e-mail. We also called the company and the phone just continues to ring. I have not received any updates or any type of communication regarding the order. My parents and I are very concerned that we have been scammed. I am hoping that the website will update the status of the order with a shipping tracking number in the very near future.

I put my order in on 5/5/12 and still don't have my order I called toll free number and it goes to voice mail saying mailbox full this sucks I even sent an email and got no responce I fell like I just lost all my money.

I was really excited about getting this product and using it. I know that with Dr. Oz putting it on his show that they got hit hard with orders, but I was told that my order should be sent out within two weeks of my order. It has now been almost a month, and I have not received any status updates, nor any type of communication about my product. It is all about communication and it seems as though this was too much for the company to handle.
