Ordered product on website and never received product. Called number on email confirmation with no answer, sent email to website and never received a return notification. This company needs some serious help when it comes to customer service. Will never order form them again.

I ordered some Pure Green Coffee Extract . At the time I ordered it was supposedly in stock and would be sent shortly. Now 4 weeks later I have not received any notification of shipping or of a shortage. I have checked their website and it still seems they are selling something they can’t provide. My confirmation said “Please rest assured, we have plenty of 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean in stock” It seems I should have had some contact or the product in the last 4 weeks.

I have tried everything to get in touch with the company but it is impossible the phone always busy, message box is always full, etc My confirmation number is 35925067 FF. If you would kindly email me and let me know the status of my order Sincerly Martha Healey

I placed my order, my debit card was charged as soon as I placed the order, it's been 3 1/2 weeks and I have not recieved anything. What gives? I also could not pull up my confirmation number to verify anything.

The product seems satisfactory I am only on my 3rd day but hoping it will work as people say it will

My order is three weeks old and it hasn't even been shipped yet according to the web sight.

I started out feeling good about this company. I received a confirmation email right away and I was told my order would be a little delayed because of so many orders. I was ok with this. After waiting for awhile without receiving anything I sent another text. I was told that my order would be sent that week but I did not receive it. I have sent 2 more emails since then and have not gotten any reply. I tried the phone number on my order confirmation and was not able to connect with anyone. I ordered 2 bottles and one was for a co worker who I now have to disappoint also.!

I can't provide a review on the product but so far I'm not impressed. I ordered my product on May 6th and other than an order confirmation and the Paypal receipt I have not seen or heard anything on this order. I have emailed two requests to find out the projected ship date... no response. I have tried calling the customer service number on the web site. On one occasion I got voice mail, it said the mailbox was full and could not capture my message. I have tried again today and yesterday at many different times of the day and keep getting a busy signal. This company's web site pops up all over the place on the web but I think its too visible for its own good. Nobody seems to be home! If I don't get any news by the end of May, I will request my money back and lodge a complaint with Paypal. This company seems to be taking people's money and holding it without shipping. Must make for pretty good interest payments at the end of the month!
