I nk this company is a scam - poor delivery - no communication - I think they take peoples money and don't send product.

I sent off for coffee beans all most a moth ago still have not recived them and now I can't get through on the phone I would never use this company again..

Still have not received order after 3 weeks!!
I ordered a product over 3 weeks ago and at the time of the order the website said the product was instock. Two weeks later I email them and get a reply that the order will go out that Friday and should be in my mailbox within three business days. Still no product and no update!!

Your service stinks
It has been a month since I ordered my product and I still have not received it. YOU have my money and I have no product. There has been no communication from you explaining the delay. So as far as I am concerned you are no better than a thief.

Rip-off, Sent Half Order, Horrible Cust Serv!
Ordered 4 bottles of pure green coffee extract on April 29th. Received only 2 bottles on May 23rd. Sent 3 emails with no response. Finally got through via phone. Cust serv rep could not tell me what they were going to do to rectify situation. When I asked her for her name she hung up on me. Understand they are being flooded with orders, but don't take orders you cant fill and respond to cust service emails!! Once this gets straightened out, will never do business with them again. UPDATE: Filed a dispute with PayPal. Received e-mail from Pure Health 100 within hours of the filing. They did send the two missing bottles and I received them two days later. Amazing how quickly a company will respond when their payment is at stake. Will not do business with them again.
