I read reviews before ordering from the site, but have not had the experience I expected. I ordered my products over a month ago and still do not have them.

I'd give a review if I had something to give a review on. It's been three weeks, and I still haven't received the product. I sent an email to customer service, and have not gotten a reply. This request for a "review" is the first communication I've had since May 5th when I placed the order and was told it was confirmed. I was never supplied wtih a tracking number to check on the status of the order. Nothing more to say. Sorry

I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE GETTING A PRODUCT OR A RESPONSE FROM A COMPANY IN MY LIFE. I ORDERED A PRODUCT O5/7/12,2 BOTTLES OF ITEM PH033,PURE COFFEE BEAN EXTRACT, WHICH WAS BILLED TO MY CREDIT CARD, CON#E59160528D.I HAVE NOT REC'D MY PRODUCT, HAVE SENT PURE HEALTH 2 E-MAILS WHICH WHERE NEVER ACCKOWLEDGED,CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND NEVER GOT ANY INFO ON MY ORDER. I CONTACTED AMAZON REGARDING THIS MATTER AND THEY WHERE NO HELP EITHER. IT IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMER INQUIRIES. IF YOU ARE SWAMPED HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS,AS YOU ARE MAKING MORE $ BY SELLLING SO MUCH MORE PRODUCT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURE HEALTH TO ANYONE AFTER MY EXPERIENCE. I STILL HAVE NO PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH ON LINE IT SAID AVAILABLE. I AM GETTING READY TO CONTACT THE POWERS THAT BE REGARDING MY ORDER AND I WILL GET SATISFACTION

Called and no one answers. They took my money and never sent the product out.

I ordered from Purehealth on the internet. It has been over a month and I still have not recieved my product. I have tried phoning the number they give me and it is a continual ring that never stops. I have emailed and still have had no reply. They did tell me they were backlogged because so many have ordered the same product. I can understand that, but why have I heard nothing more, why does the phone number not get picked up and why am I not getting my product. I am so upset.

I never recieved my order. After e-mails and not being able to get threw on the phone I am now working with ebay to get my money back. I will be contacting the BBB.
