I ordered green coffee bean extract on the 7th of May, my credit card has been charged and I haven't received my product. I did receive one other email saying they were back ordered, but I feel my card should not have been charged until my product has shipped. There should be other communication as to when they think the product may be in again.

Getting a little discouraged.

I ordered the Coffee Bean Extract on 5/7/12. I repeatedly tried to call and received "mailbox full" message every time. Noone ever answered the phone. I emailed twice and finally received a reply after I said I was disputing the payment with Pay Pal. I was lied to and told my order was being shipped the next day which should have been 5/22. I still have not received my order. I checked on line yet again today and finally there is a "shipped date" of 5/27? So my order was supposedly shipped 20 days after the original order AND 5 days after I was told it would be shipped. I was told in the email I received that this "small company" was not prepared for all the orders after the Dr. Oz show aired. My response is then to NOT take the orders and/or publicize on the website and when placing the order "due to the high volume of orders shipping will be delayed up to 3 weeks." This company may have been inundated with orders but how they chose to handle the situation was very poor. They did not communicate with their customers at all. It takes mere minutes to post updated information on a website so that we are all informed and do not believe we have all been scammed.

Never received my product. Attempted email contact 3 times to your customer service department and received no response. Tried calling your customer service number (found on your website) but the voicemail box was full. Tried to track my order on your website but it is "under construction"

After ordering in early May I still haven't received my order. An email from the company would have been nice. Where is my order?

I never received my order and neither did my colleague who ordered on the same day. We tried calling the number and it was busy every time we tried to inquire about our orders. I still have a pending charge on my account. I will never order from them again!!!

Finally had to call and find out about my order that was placed on May 7. The person I spoke with was very helpful and advised of the delays in shipping and that my order should be arriving around June 1. Hopefully, that will be the case. I was looking forward to trying the product but not if it's going to take a month to ship each time I order. Stay tuned!!

Would still love to try it, but it's hard to write a review when I never got the product. I have called several times, to a constant ring and no answer. Also tried emailing. I will purchase from someone else!
