It has been a month and I am still waiting. I understand it takes time but this is way too long to wait. Will try to find another company to order from.

I understand the company was overwhellemed with all of the recent orders. I just think they should have been upfront that they were on back order.

I placed my order on 5/8/12 and I am still waiting on my order. I have called but cannot get through.

I ordered on May 7 and my order still has not been shipped. I would love to review the product but this company can't seen to get it to me. I am beyond mad that my money was taken, they say if you paid through Pay Pal they take the money up front, and have nothing good to say. STAY AWAY. They say they are so busy and working hard but come on, really, 22 days to get me my shipment? I wonder if they really are a legit company.

I ordered Green Coffee Bean Extract on May 7, 2012 invoice #123542. I have not received the product and I haven't been able to contact anyone by phone. The line is either busy or has a continuous ringing tone. Is the company ligit?

I never received items that I purchased. They were sure quick to charge my credit card. I tried to call them and got a recording, then tried again another day -- to find it just rang. Tried again and said that all circuits were busy. Also tried emailing them -- never heard back -- not happy at all with their customer service and have been waiting for over a month to receive the product!

I've checked my order status on the website but no information is provided. I emailed a query to customer service and received no response. I don't know whether the company's practices are incompetent or criminal.

I got an email comfirming my order and have not heard another word since nor have I seen any sign of the product I ordered.
