I haven't received my order yet and if this is how long it takes to get it I won't be ordering anything else

i just received my 2 bottles of green coffee bean extract but I ordered AND paid May 1st. I understand there was unexpected flooding of business but there was only 1 email as to the company being behind. I was not updated other than the 1 email. The phone did not work. Either it showed being busy or it would ring one ring constantly. As for the product, I cannot say one way or the other if it works since I just got it. I was really hoping to have these within a week or so of ordering. I am leaving on vacation the 1st of June and would have liked to lose some weight before that. I'm pretty unhappy it took so long to get here. I don't know if I will buy from the company again.

I, as well as hundreds of others that blogged with questions, am extremely dissappointed with "Pure Health". We all understand the overwhelming response they recieved from the Dr OZ show, BUT their customer service was abosolutely ZERO. If they had any kind of a reputation at all, I'm sure it has dropped off significantley due to their lack of professional handling of emails, phone calls, V/M,etc. I've yet to recieve my order so therefore cannot comment on the product itself. With all we've been through, I do hope I see results from the product. They have lost my future business, due to their lack of customer care and common courtesy.

I never received my merchandise and hey never answer the phone and my tracking number a fake. Thank goodness for paypal and will recover my money. On google you will see plenty of complaints regarding this company, of the same nature as mine.

I ordered one month ago. Haven't seen or heard anything. I cannot get through on the phone. The worst supplier I have ever dealt with.

I finally received my order today; I would have appreciated some generic acknowledgement of backorder, instead of NO answer ; I emailed you and called you/your phone does not work as you know - and no email reply. Very poor PR!!!

I felt that my order took way too long. I have had my product for about 2 weeks now and I have not noticed any difference.

It's truly been a nightmare dealing with you guys! I placed a order a month ago! You guys emailed me a confirmation number and that's it!!! I personally will never order anything ever again with you guys!!!
