I haven't received my items yet. I purchased two bottles of green coffee extract on May 9th. When I log on the website it says they didn't get shipped until May 28th. A twenty day waiting period for my items to be shipped is pretty unacceptable. Even if I really like the extract I will try to get a similar product at a health food store. Waiting a month for my items is just too long. Thanks.

The customer service rep I spoke with was very helpful and nice.

After I ordered my items it took over 24 days for them to send me my stuff. I have never ordered from them before and so I was concerned about this being a good site to order from. I tried to call the company and their message box was full. I also checked my shipping status and it said it was ordered but not filled (or sent). I was wondering if they were back logged with this item and if so it would of been nice for the company to let me know this. Thanks for your time.

There was a delay in shipping my order. They proactively sent me an email with information about what was happening. I appreciate companies that think about their customers.

I placed my order on April 26,2012. You said you sent my order out on May 12, 2012, and it is now May 30, 2012 and I have still not received it. My confirmational number is A5774865D0 and the other number given to me is 41595. I have tried e-mailing you 3 or 4 times and I have tried calling you two times and can not get any response or get anybody to answer my phone calls. I ordered 2 bottles of Green Coffee Bean Extract from Pure Health and 3 weeks later have still not recieved them. I was however charged for them the day I placed my order. I called the the phone number listed on my email reciept and there is no answer. I also emailed the company and have not recieved a response that way either. I recently opened a dispute through my Paypal account to hopefully resolve the issue to either get the products or get a refund.
