I had a difficult time getting in touch with them. The number wasnt valid and they never answered my email but I did get my product. It took about 4 weeks but it arrived

So i ordered on 5/6/12 and received my order today 5/30/12. Yes I wish i would have received my order quicker, but really it is not a matter of life or death. These are pills to possibly help with weight loss. My understanding is this is one of the only companies providing the pure pills with no additives. I feel for the people who work here listening and responding to the constant whining from all of you people. Everyone today expects what they ordered yesterday, and even then it isnt good enough! To the company...thank you for my order...and to all you people bitching...get over it!!! Its not a scam just a bombarded business.

I am still waiting for product. Could not reach company and no one emailed me . It's been over one month.

I ordered my supplements quite a few weeks ago and I did not receive a confirmation email. I tried to contact customer service a couple weeks later to find out how to track my order and to find out when it was going to arrive. I did not hear back from anyone. I sent two messages on Facebook as well, which no one answered. I still have not received my order or heard back from anyone at the company.. I understand from the comments on the company's Facebook page that they are short staffed and are backed up with orders however, I think that I should have been contacted by now just to assure me that I did not spend $80 for nothing. I will never order from this company again simply because I was not contacted at all and my messages were not responded to.

The product I ordered was in high demand. I was given a date when I could expect product plus a telephone # if I did not get product. Excellent service. I will order again from this company. Product arrived on date expected

I canceled my order because after three days I never heard from Pure Health LCC, and I emailed them about my order and never heard from them, so I email them again to cancel my order and I got a reply the same day, they thanked me for canceling my order. Whats wrong with that picture???

First off, how can I assign stars if I have no product, no knowledge of when I will have a product or any information on how it was shipped to me. Oh yes, and then there is the fact that I have NO PRODUCT ! And your stars do not adequately describe things I would complain about. The staff was great when I called but so far the service from the company has been less than ideal/good. So I have to give the 1 star for very bad/unacceptable & unreasonable experience. May be a great product but so far the service is surprisingly not good at all. I understand supply & demand but 22 days - so far - and no product. Not even a note about the product being back ordered. And no shipping method on the invoice. But I got the product survey. But I got no product! I think you Pure Health needs to work a bit on the customer & delivery service. Like keep me informed and give me the choice for shipping (sometimes I don't have 22 plus days to wait on an order). Some times I want it now. As for the actual product, I hope I can give an evaluation one of these days.
