Rude and irrelevant response to initial product inquiry. Then 3 weeks to ship an order on an item that was listed as "in stock," + another 5 days in transit to rach me. That's 28 days (1 month) to receive an order. Will only return if I can't find similar product elsewhere. I buy vitamins/health food goods from several e commerce venues, and in the history of e commerce, it's never taken a month to receive an Etail purchase...until I bought from Pure Health LLC!

I know the product i ordered was really popular & the company was understaffed but to placed an order on may 9th & have it ship may 29th without any communication from the company regarding the status is unaccepted. They never even bothered to reply to the email i sent asking about it. The entire experience was awful. I'll never order through them again.

If my order ever shows up it'll be the last time I ever buy from pure health.

I was very disappointed with the order process. After giving credti card information, I received no order confirmation by email. Card has been charged, but as yet, have not received my order, and have no confirmation number to access order.

I ordered two bottles of pure green coffee extract 400mg capsules 30 count on 5/6/2012 and just got the shipment today only to find the wrong product was shipped - 2 bottles of pure black raspberry 400 mg 30 capsules. Now what? Invoice was correct but the product was not! invoice # 120918

took 4 weeks to receive small order. too early for results from product. have intestines crossed.

I ordered online and recieved an email that my order was recieved and being processed. The order never arrived and twice I emailed the company and they never responded.

Charged card and not received product. Never received an email with order details. Tried to contact via customer service with emails and phone calls - not able to get order information. LATER: Many attempts to reach customer service at [email protected] email and all emails retruned with error message. Also called the 1-888-323-9355 and rings with no answer. Do NOT order from this company.
