Again, I'm still waiting on the product to be delivered.

Other than an acknowledgement that my payment was processed, this Email survey is the only communication I've had with the merchant. Although, I have made numerous attempts calling the phone number listed on website only to find it is not in working order.

I placed one order on 5/7/2012 with confirmationa no D5918014B1 for two merchandise (green coffee bean extract) but so far I did not receive any response from them, once I called them they said it is going to be delivered in the last week of May, but till today 5/30/2012 I did not get my order. I called them on phone from their customer service number , no response at all. I do not trust at all these people. So pls do not trust them . This is my concern.

I have not received my orders yet so the only opinion I have is, that even though Dr. Oz's viewers sent out a lot of orders it still is taken awhile to get my 2 bottles. I will be more than happy to share a better opinion once I have gotten them. I did receive a call about my orders, very nice young lady. That's was great that she called to tell me when i should expect my orders, thank you.

I order and it said it would take 3 business days to get shipment well waited after not receiving anything I try calling company and phone numbers are disconnected. So call my credit card company and they charged my card but then put money back same day. Then a month later I received a shipment of 3 bottles but was charged for four bottles. Tried calling but numbers still disconnect. Horrible company to deal with online business.

Their customer service is nonexistent. They are quick to make excuses about how busy they are on Dr. Oz, while I understand that, they need to hire more people to support their customers. Because of their lack of customer service myself and one other person I know have canceled orders through this company because we do not know if they are even a legitimate business. We have even told a few people not to order through this company because of the lack of customer service. They do not return phone messages, respond to e-mails with general responses, and when they do respond it is well over three days.

I placed an order almost three weeks ago and still have not received it. I sent an email asking about it and also have not received a response. I understand that they are overwhelmed with orders after the Dr. Oz show so I'm cutting them some slack. Not thrilled that there hasn't been any update though.

Well so far the supplements bought are great. Have felt some difference. The products are of great quality and they came very quickly.
