I purchased a pure coffee bean product on May 8. I have yet to receive it. I have emailed the company but just like the product, I got no reply. I have called their number which has been out of order for 2 weeks to see when if ever I will receive my product. If I do not receive the product by June 8, I will file a complaint with pay pal to get my money back.

I was charged for my product a month ago and still have not received my order. I have called customer service and was told it was "shipped". Im still waiting.

I order on May 4th and just received my coffee Bean extract the other day on May 30th, they were trustworthy to what they told me, by answering my email and telling me about their high volume of orders, they are a small company and doing their best to get them out as quickly as possible. Also I must say, when my order was being ship, they notified me immediately and I received it very promptly. Thank you Pure Health for keeping us updated which many companies never due.

your company bill was a problem,the account was set as expected, with the payment pending.Then it wasn't pending, and funds were back in my account.Then with out any notice the payment was deducted,with no notice or without delivery. You cause my account to become over-drawn,I am asking for a refund, I have since order from a different company.

I made an order on May 10 and just today, even after I made attempts to cancel the order, the item came. I tried calling- only to get a busy signal, voicemail or nothing at all. I emailed customer service and received nothing in return. I actually decided that I wasn't going to get the product ( since I emailed a cancellation of order) and ordered the product somewhere else- which came in 3 days. I will not be ordering from you again. Sorry- Jan Livingston
