I placed my order, got an order number but NO shipping date. I paid for my order rightaway but cannot contact them by phone and NO response to my emails. I just want them to ship me what I PAID for and ORDERED.

How can I rate a product that I have not recieved???

I ordered several Weeks ago shouldn't take this long. I seen some bad reports from others on Face Book who were also waiting for their products too.

i DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WILL WORK, BECAUSE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO TAKE THE PILLS. DR.OZ SAID IF YOU TAKE 4 PILLS A DAY YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. THE BOTTLE SAID TAKE 2 PILLS A DAY.SO FAR I TAKE 3 PILLS A DAY. JUST SINCE I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. I DID CALL BUT THE PERSON I TALKED TO DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME. I DO HOPE YOU WILL HELP ME SO I WILL HAVE SUCCESS. I DO LIKE THE IDEA AND I HOPE IT WILL WORK. THIS IS A GREAT IDEA. PLEASE LET ME HEAR FROM YOU??

I ordered on May 10th and have not received my order. Therefore, I am not able to comment except to say that I am unhappy about amount of time they are taking to ship my order>

They said the product was in stock and that I would receive it in 5-7 days, it took over 3 weeks. The company never responded to my email to cancel my order.

I placed my order on 5/5/2012 and as of today, 5/31/2012 have not received it!! And to make matters worse, when I called I got a generic Voice Message that was almost a month old and doesnt make a whole lot of sense. And they have the nerve to send me this rating e-mail about my recent order with them.

I ordered green coffee bean extract on may 10 th and haventrecieved it yet! Every time I call the number I get messed up ring tones and no one ever picks up! I'm very upset!!
