ordered it, paid for it, never got anything but an order confirmation

I placed the order on may 10 2012. today is june 1 2012 and I did NOT RECEIVED my order ???????yet I called the phone number show on email NO answer ??????? I send email 10 days ago and no answer???????? Today I received this email to share my opinion . I think PURE HEALTH have BAD customer service !!!!!!!!!

I never received my product...called voice mail box was full (tried several times over a week period). Inquired in email about the status of my order...NOTHING! I can't believe I received a survey from this pretend company! Buyer BEWARE!

I have sent e-mails.....all of them unanswered, I've called your "customer service" number which no one ever answers and I have never received my product and it's been a month. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Tried to call 1-800#!, sent an email ! Still no order! The 1-800 # does not go through.

I ordered a month ago and paid the same day. I have yet to receive the green coffee beans. I tried to call the phone number listed and it just makes a weird noise, but won't go through. I tried numerous times. Pretty poor if you can't even call to see why you haven't received what you have paid for.

Still haven't received my order, and it's been weeks! Went out and got the product locally. No contact from the company, poor service. won't order again.

It is now 5/31 & I have not received my 5/10 order. I also did not receive a response to my email asking of the status of my order. When I called the phone number it just rang & rang. This was my first order & probably my last.
