I ordered Green Coffee Bean Extract May 1st and I still haven't received my order. I understand that there was a great demand for the supplement and I was advised that there would be a delay due to the large demand but they had taken measures to ensure that I would receive my order shortly. I feel I have been more than understanding in waiting a month for my order. If there was somewhere else I could go to receive a pure product, I would but I'm unable to find anything without fillers or additional products other than the green coffee bean.

I ordered, I paid, no product!! Phone number doesn't work and no one responds to my emails. I think it's a scam.

After over two weeks of waiting for my order to arrive in the mail and not being able to communicate with the Pure Health representative, I cancelled my Visa card, because I'm starting to think that if Pure Health was a Professional running Company, I would have heard from them already about the status of my Green Bean Coffee Pills! I've literally called the Pure Health Customer Service number 20 times a day and have not been able to speak with somebody!

I ordered some product and I never heard if it was being sent, I never got a tracking number. I need to know that I did not get riped off. You were paid through paypal right away, it was alot of money and I need to get my money back or the product.

i willll never order from this company everrrrr again, so take my advice and for heavens sake DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. U WILLLLL BE SORRRY.

Well, I guess I heard the same news everyone else heard...Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract is great for you. An osteopathic doctor and Dr. Oz talked about the studies and trials done on this. They reminded people to make sure to get PURE GREEN COFFEE BEAN EXTRACT - it couldn't have any fillers, etc. Only ONE company had this - PURE HEALTH. In the meantime, they are inudated with orders. I had my order filled in three weeks and it arrived on the fourth week from my order date. I love the information it contained with it. The customer service is absolutely wonderful!

I ordered my product the beginning of May only to receive it the end of the month. I was disappointed in the length of time it took to receive product(s). On the other hand, I was notified via email that due to the product being advertised on the Dr. Oz show that they were overwhelmed with orders and it was taking longer than expected to get shipments out. I can understand how this can happen so I remained patient. I did receive my product on 5/29/12. I was disappointed that I received no further communication that my product was shipped. Overall I am satisfied in this product. Would have only received better communication from the company on the status of my order. I would order from again. Joanna
