I ordered these at the end of april. It's now June and I JUST got them. I too thought this may have been a scam but be patient. Your order will arrive eventually!

I never received the product I ordered and never heard from the company when I contacted them about it. Also I haven't received a refund.

I called to get information and it was a horrible experience the phone number was not good, unable to make contact with a live person to ask questions. The customer services online didn't provide unenough information to track order and again it was impossible to get an answer from anyone from the company. I even sent to emails that were never received a response too. Not happy with company's customer services.

I ordered 3 bottles and paid for three but received two. I sent two emails letting them know about the discrepancy and have not had any response.

I never give 1 star ratings, always being a little more generous but I cannot do so for this company. I placed my order May 8 and immediately my money was taken out of my paypal. After a week I did not receive anything at all from the company. I did take into consideration the influx of orders due to Dr. Oz so I did anticipate a little bit longer delivery. I was disappointed that when I checked the site it still listed as in stock so I was a little confused as to why the delay was getting past 2 weeks. I called several times and the few times I actually got through it said their mailbox was full. So with absolutely NO response from the company I finally received the product today. For a company that says they provide excellent customer service I never saw any. And there are very simple solutions that if they had implemented my star rating would be totally different- #1 have a voice message stating there has been an influx of orders and there is a delay of ...(3 weeks seems like the average) and #2 an automatic response email stating the same. Even if this product works as good as Dr Oz says (glad I ordered several bottles at one time) I will absolutely NOT order from this company ever again. Very worth trying other companies product even if they are not 100% natural. and a heads up to the company- I was VERY close to calling BBB and filing through paypal, some may not be as patient as I was (in fact in reviews elsewhere people stated they were going to report), please try to reconcile the problems so you do not get in trouble.

The product is great. The service is not. I have place three orders with Pure Health. Two out of the three times, the wrong product was sent to me. Very frustrating because it takes so long to get the product in the first place that I run out by the time it is replaced with the correct product.

Your product does not work. I have taken it for 8 days and have not lost any weight. I take 2 capsules per day. Sincerely, Clarence Ishizu

Don't answer phone. Don't respond to emails. Waited over 2 weeks for shipment. Was going 2 cancel, but noticed order was shipped. Found another source for product. Also, with latest "Green Coffee Bean" craze, should offer LARGER quantities for purchase. Sent second order shortly after first, so i wouldn't run out, but i did anyway. Would help YOU & CONSUMER.
