I received this survey and haven't even received the product I ordered yet! I ordered it on May 10th and today is June 1st and I still haven't gotten it yet. So as far as the turn around of getting your product out in a timely manner I am not happy.

Dr. Oz featured green coffee bean extract on his show and as a result Pure Health was swamped with orders. They told me this in an e-mail. Just be patient. My order took 4 weeks to get to me. I think it's worth waiting for a good product from a good company. Oh, and a good price.

I like many of you was skeptical of this company due to the overwhelming bad reviews mostly due to shipping problems. I do understand those people's point of view, so I ordered this product with the mind set that it going to take a while to receive it otherwise you will stress yourself unnecessarily. I was also skeptical of the positive reviews because I thought they were probably paid employees, but I promise mine is real (although you won't know that regardless =). I ordered my product May 8, received it May 31. Yes that is ridiculously long and I think the company should address that, but because I knew it would take that long going into it based on prev reviews, I wasn't that concerned. I am anxious to see how this product works. I ordered 2 bottles, so if I only take 2 pills per day, that will not even last a month (only 15 pills per bottle). But I don't want to order more without knowing it truly works. So today I weighed myself and took my first serving. I will see if I lose over the next week, and if so I will definitely order more although I will be out of my supply before the company receives it. =( That keeps me from giving them a 5 star review. I would really like to hear from people who have been taking the pills for at least 2 weeks to a month and your results. Thanks.

When I placed my order it was in high demand. I e-mail to find out when I could expect the merchandise and received a reply back the same day. I have received my order and it is in good condition and just what I wanted. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered my product and got a receipt by e-mail, that was great. Then a week went by and no shipment notice, then 2 weeks with no shipment notice. I checked my confirmation number on the website and it didn't show any information about the status of my order, so I tried calling the 1-800 number numerous times and all i got was a busy signal or it would automatically hang up on me. I tried e-mailing but never received a response. I assumed that the company had closed and had forgotten to take down their web-site. When i received the e-mail to rate them today i was shocked. I checked the website and see that I've been charged for the order and it says that it has shipped. I'm speechless. It has been a full 3 weeks since i placed the order. I can only assume that i will be receiving my order in the next week or so. If not, I'll be pretty angry, since my credit card has been charged, and there is no tracking number for me to follow up on.

I ordered from Pure Health over a month ago. I've received a couple of generic emails, indicating that they are trying to catch up with orders, etc., but have no indication that my order has been processed, shipped, or anything. I have emailed several times over the past month.

I placed an order with pure health, I did pay, but I never received my order. I try to call their number it's not working, sent couple of emails to request about my order, I never received any answer until now!! It's been over a month!!! Don't waste your money!!!!

It is great to be dealing with a company that understands what naturals foods give the best health benefits. What is better than that, it that they are pure with a booklet explaining what the purety means to your health and get the best benefit.
