It has been a month since I ordered and still have not received the products.

I ordered on may 3 and got my order on June 1 , be patient, remember there business increased by 5000% after dr oz show . Just think if your boss was to give you 5000 more jobs what would happen

I have sent several emails to no avail. I have tried calling and the phone rings then changes to a strange ring. I am wondering if they are still in business. I am about to call the Nevada consumer protection department. Has anyone received their products yet?

I attempted to contact Pure Heath after waiting 3 weeks for the product I ordered and never got thru via phone or email. I called and I received a message that said that all lines were busy every time I called and they never responded to my email.

I made my order on May 11th, and to date, still have not received the product. I tried calling and it took me 2 days to be able to get throught to customer service. I even sent an e-mail but never received any response. When I finally did get throught to customer service, I was told that due to the overwhelming response they received from the product airing on TV, they had gotten backed up on their orders. That made perfect sense to me, but I am still very unhappy that there was never any e-mail communication regarding the issues. I was going to cancel my order, but decided I would give the company a second chance. You can ask me again in a few months and I will be happy to give a second review!

Not real happy ordered this 5/10/12 still don't have it. It's the longest I've wanted for anything that I wasn't told was out of stock. Tought to rate it when it still hasn't arrived.

It took 3+ weeks to recieve my order. Everytime I visited the site it stated my order had not shipped and as a matter of fact even though I have recieved my order it still does not say it has shipped. Since it is not possible to actually speak to a human I would look into ways of updating your website.

I ordered from Pure Health on May 10th and finally received my pills today. While it WAS a longer wait than I hoped for and expected I did email the company and I did receive a response apologizing for the delay and letting me know due to the overwhelming amount of orders that my order would take about another two weeks. I believe I sent that email out around May 14th and they responded four days later. I am happy that I finally got my pills but I hope that others that ordered receive their orders as well. I understand that this was a small company and the vast amount of orders was overwhelming but I hope that in the future you can reach out to your customers in a more timely fashion. I believe many people would be less angry and more understanding if they just heard something. No one wants to feel that they were scammed especially these days when everyone works so hard for their money. Thank you for you service and I sincerely hope that your company finally fills all the orders and succeeds.
