i ordered the beans on the 11th of may. when it went past 7 to 10 business days and i received nothing i went into the site again and saw that my order was not shipped yet. i tried calling customer service and it behaved like a fax machine. contact us was not available.it kept sending me back to first product page. there was no way to delete the order and retry.even sending e-mails got me no connection. there was no way to communicate with the company. on the 29th of may i wrote a some what upset e-mail asking if they were a legitimate site or not. i called my bank to ask if money was taken out by them. the bank said it was done just on that day, the 29th, i went back on the sight and saw that it was shipped. so, if it were my guiding angel i would trust it. but dealing with humans who love to take advantage of the free american greed thing, no thanks.... so convince me because i work at networking , that I'm wrong , because i will and do pass the word of my experience....i wonder how many other people had this kind of experience.....

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEMS TODAY!!!!! I ORDERED ON MAY 9, 2012 TODAY IS JUNE 6 2012 I MUST SAY I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED, NOT SO MUCH BECAUSE OF THE COMPANY BUT, I AM NEW AT ORDERING ON THE NET.I THOUGHT I MADE A MISTAKE OR SOMETHING.SINCE READING OTHER REVIEWS I RELAXED ALITTLE KNOWING PURE HEALTH WAS JUST ALITTLE SLOW FILLING ALL THE ORDERS THEY HAVE RECEIVED FROM DR. OZ SHOW. I HAVE GOTTEN USE TO COMPANIES E-MAILING EVERY LITTLE MOVE I GUESS I GOT SCARED WHEN I RECEIVED NOTHING FROM PURE HEALTH.HOPEFULLY IN THE FUTURE WHEN ORDERING FROM THEM I WILL REMEMBER IT WILL TAKE EXTRA TIME TO GET, BUT IT WILL COME!!! THANK-YOU PURE HEALTH!!

First of all I did receive my product. However it did take a long time. I tried to contact them via email (2x) and phone (got no response). I was asking how long before I could expect my product to be shipped and a tracking no. I did not get any response . Finally after 22 days our product came. You would think that if they supply a customer service phone number and email address they would have responded. So If they have a customer service they should be be looking at their email.

Would not recommend to any of my friends

i never recieved my product and i emailed the company almost a week ago asking what happened but no one has responded.

This company works hard to satisfy and communicate with their customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Your product might be fine but your customer service stinks. I had called and your mailbox was full, then the call would not even go through and there was no response to my email. Will not order from you in the future.

I ordered mine in early May, then read messages from folks on this site and had to wait like everyone else. I waited a month. I e-mailed and called and never received a response. I highly encourage you to get a professional staff to respond to the obvious issues you and all your customers experienced. I got the products yesterday. I likely won't order from you again until I start seeing some positive reviews with regard to your follow through. I am grateful that I am a patient customer.
