I placed an order on May 10, as of today June 1 I still have not received my order. I have sent emails enquiring about the status of my order and not heard back! This is the first and last time I ever choose your company!

I researched what I was buying and found that pure health had the best product and pricing. The free shipping was an added bonus! I realize that some products are in high demand and can take longer to ship out but knowing that when an order is placed would have been greatly appreciated. That was the only thing that I din't like. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I would order from pure health again.

I ordered on 5/10/12. Two wks later order was still not received. emailed pure hlth x2. Never received reply. Went on PH website. Order shipped 5/28/12. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. THE PHONE # DOESN'T WORK.

Received confirmation that it was mailed on May 26, as of today, June 1, still have not received. What is going on? Would love to try the product, but seems there is a big problem with the service?

I received my order today and was pleased. I tried to go online and check the status of my order and i found bad reviews and began to worry because I felt the shipping was taking a little long and the website could not verify my order with my conformation number. I was totally relieved when the package arrived today. thank you.

no customer service communication:do not answer e-mails,no way to check status of your order

Terrible customer service. Cannot get an answer when calling customer service cannot leave a call back number or message. Cannot cancel orders once placed. Emails that are sent to the email address are sent back undeliverable. I will never do business with them again and will tell others the same.

I ordered from PureHealth and it took forever for me to get my order. I really wish they would have told me when I ordered that it take almost a month, or that the product I wanted was not in stock.
