I could not get anyone to answer the number on the website. So against my better judgement I ordered off the website. I was a little more at ease using PayPal. That was four weeks ago....no news, no product, no answer on the line.

I realize that you were probably overwhelmed with the orders resulting from the Dr. Oz show. I would like to offer some advice. If you find yourself in the position where it is impossible to answer all the calls and fill all the orders put a statement on your web page..." Due to the overwhemling requests folowing the Dr. Oz show, we will not be able to respond to the thousands of emails and phone calls. We assure you that we will be filling your orders on a first come, first serve basis. Please use your confirmation number to check on your order status. Once shipped your status will be updated with the ship date. We are currently running 3 weeks behind in shipments, but are catching up rapidly. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. Or, better yet. hire me and I can handle all correspondence and complaints remotely. By the way, this should have an email where someone can respond to complaints immediately. You really don't need to pay for Trustpilot. The poor review is based on the question...Rate the company.

This company was relatively small and after Dr. Oz aired a show about their green coffee bean extract, they were overwhelmed for a while with orders. It took a month to get my order but I will give them one more try before giving up completely on them.

I ordered from pure health( pure green coffee bean) for 25.99 paid by pay pal and NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER I have ask pure health to reverse the payment of 25.99 that I paid. I have not heard from pure health .Or pay pal this is bull---sht AT this point I question both PURE HEALTH AND PAY PAL AND I DID ORDER ON MAY 10, 2012 INVOICE NUMBER 129547 TRANSACTION NUMBER 3RU20297SU470224K

The product is fine but when you have a problem filling them the least a company could do is communicate with the people that support them and not let the mail box fill up and put their phone on away or busy, so a person cannot even leave them a message. Very poor communication from this company. The communication that I did get said that all products would be shipped within 10 days. Twenty five days later it showed up. Hope they do better on my next order.

I placed an order on April 28th, the company charged my account May 21st, and as of June 1st, I still don't have any of the products I ordered. I've given several times for them to make this right and they will not return my messages. Think three times before ordering from this company. I

I ordered my product on May 9, 2012, have not recevied it yet, tried to call and get a messed up ring ring ring, tired to email and its not connented or I send one and I get nothing back.. My account has already been credited and no product, I feel that they might be a frade site and I am thinking about calling someone on this matter. When you order a product from a site that was recommended and you dont get your products its very rude and unacceptable if I every get my products I will NEVER order from PureHealth100.com again and will not tell anyone about there site, well at least in a good way.

This is my first order, the green coffee beans that Dr.Oz recommended! Well I was unable to find them anywhere since the recommendation created an ordering frenzy...so I was on the internet and saw that Pure Health had them in stock,,so I placed my order. To make a long story short, when I didn't hear from them for a while, I started to get a little anxious...sent them an email stating the same, "do you really have these in stock, or was I scammed." Then I went on their face book page and got my answer...they were overwhelmed with orders and were trying hard to take care of everyone. Shortly my invoice said "shipped", and they arrived in 4 days. In my opinion "Pure Health" is a reliable, hard working company and I will continue to order from them.
