I have put in two claims with PayPal due to the fact that I didn't receive the merchandise. I have finally received one order but not the 2nd order. I have sent e-mails with not response from this company. When I called the phone number it was out of order. I am very disappointed in your customer service. There is not excuse for poor customer service!!!

There is a spot on the website to track your purchases, when I typed in my tansaction number it didn't show me anything but what I had purchased. I tried calling the customer service number mulitple times and no one ever answered. Then I tried emailing and no one replied. Poor customer service.

I ordered a product from this website over 3 weeks ago and still have not seen it. I tried to call their customer service line but no one picks up! I wrote an email and received no response!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disappointed. If my order is still on its way after 3 weeks, that is ridiculous but I wouldn't be surprised if I never get it!

too long to wait for product. it is unacceptable to wait that long.No contact from company explaining delay.Had to dispute with pay pal and email company myself.Should not have to be put through hassle to spend my money.Would not use again.

I placed an order on April 27, received an automated response, that they were very busy and had to add extra help and were working all three shifts; That's the last thing that I heard from them. Tried contacting them numerous times by phone, email, web site. Never got a response. When I was reading the blog from Dr. Oz's web site It seems that many more people were complaining of the same problem. I contacted paypal and started a dispute claim. Within one week I got my order. This was on June 1st. It had a ship date on it of May 15th, Thats 17 days USPS from NV.

No customer service, no response to inquiries, no response to disputes. No product. Complete fraud.

Try to create an automated e-mail forwarding or a callback system that reads or speak the same messages over and over each time a Purehealth Representitive is unavailable to take calls....Maybe something that reads or says "we will call you back within 24 hours,until then , keep trying... (apologies)". And then there are the order processings that go way beyond ten days. Thanks for understanding.

Have made three orders and all have been delivered. Just are starting products, but going well.
