Nothing on the website indicated how long the product would take to be delivered. I sent an email asking when I could expect my order and never received a response. I see from the website that my order has shipped, but no tracking information has been provided and I STILL have no idea when to expect my order. So far I am not satisfied with this company.

I have reported that I have not received my order. No reply to that e-mail. Sent the order and confirmation numbers. Order date was 5/11/12. Invoice no. 130425. Confirmation # A594237909

After placing my order and having my money promptly taken, I received NO product and NO status update on the order for three weeks. Phone number provided didn't work, and e-mails went into a black hole, never to be acknowledged. Even after initiation of a dispute with Paypal, there was still no response. I upgraded the dispute to a claim, but lucky for the company, my product arrived that day. The whole mess would have been avoided if they would have provided any communication about "in stock" status, "shipped" status. And don't take people's money till it ships!

I placed my order weeks ago, received nothing and got no response as to my questioning the status of my order. This is the first I heard from this co!

I called several times...even sent a couple of emails trying to get the status on my order. I never got a response either way. No one answered the phone; I'm guessing something was wrong because the ringtone was very strange. I was finally able to get the status of my order online 3 days before I received it! There should be someone that gives an update on shipments that are going to be coming in late because of high demand to make sure that customers don't cancel their orders!

It took a very long time to receive my order. I emailed them twice to see about my order with not responce.I called many times and no one answered the phone. I had to contact paypal to start a dispute because, I didnt think I was going to receive my order. Pure Health took money out of my account right away an never emailed me to let me know that I had placed the order or my order was received or when my order was going to be shipped. I will never order from them again. What kind of company is this????

I was very excited to order green coffee beans from Pure Health online. Unfortunately after I ordered them, Pure Health did not send me a shipping email, and would not answer my phone calls. I left Five calls on their message machine which stated they would call their customers back in 24 hours. I never received a call. I ordered the green coffee beans April 27th, and they arived March 31. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from them again.

I have been waiting almost a month now for my order to arrive so I cannot rate the product itself. I emailed Pure Health about my order and got no response. I called and some less the enthusiastic woman gave me a bogus UPS tracking number and assured me my shipment would arrive any day now. It hasn't. If I had known I'd have to wait this long I'd have ordered thru Amazon and received my order within a week.
