I love the product of green coffee beans, but after you let us know that you received our order you need to let us know when it ships like other companies do. I ordered on May 13th and didn't get till June 2. I was never informed that it had shipped. Just change that and you will get 5 stars.

Placed order on May 1st. Do realize many are asking for the same product at the same time....but, truly, that is what a company like yours should be ready for. It is June 3....and still no order received. they say it is on it's way....but, REALLY...a month later!! Not great for sharing this with others!!

STILL WAITING!!! I placed my order on April 21 and was told the order shipped May 12. When it hadn't arrived by May 22 I contacted Stacy via email who told me my order was returned to them because of an "undeliverable address." She told me she would resend it and would give me the tracking info as soon as she got it. Well, here we are June 3 and I haven't heard a thing. I have emailed her multiple times during the last few weeks with no response.

The ordering process was so easy! The items I ordered were in high demand so it took longer than I expected and couldn't find an estimated shipping or arrival date on my order. So I emailed and they were very responsive and apologetic about the delay and also gave me an estimated arrival date. The items arrived on time in perfect condition with a wealth of information about each product. I would give them five stars but I would have liked an estimated arrival date at the time of my order so only four at this time.

I placed my order on 5/13 for an in-stock item, according to the website at the time of ordering. I sent an email to customer service to check on the status on 5/29 to which I received no response. I followed up the next day online and noticed that my order indicated it had been shipped on 5/28. As of 6/3, I still have not received my order.

I ordered the green coffee bean extract. Liked it, and decided to reorder for a little longer continuation. Reordered on May 12. Credit card paid immediately. No shipment notice. After waiting patiently, and running out, inquired about when to expect shipment. Received form letter explaining overwhelming response sales. I wish I had been informed at the time of order. But then I might have ordered somewhere else! If the orders can't be handled, I would have liked to have been informed in a more timely manner. Still waiting, but all paid for.

Not only was the product delivered, the information to back up the product was excellent. As any consumer I was a little concerned with delivery, but well worth the wait. Thank You Pure Health, I have just received your product and anticipate the performance.
