It took 3 weeks after my order to receive the shipment. There was a lack of communication despite my emails asking to confirm shipment. It would have been helpful to get a reply. I read multiple reviews of the company suggesting it was a scam, I am happy that it was not!

It took almost a month for me to get the product and then when I got it the product was the wrong one. Will be E-mailing Pure Health today and must be solved within 7 days or I will be reporting to Pay Pal.

I went looking for a specific item, thought it was a reasonable price along with the cost of the shipping, but after 14 days I still had not received my product. I called and left a message that I hadn't received my product and if I could please get a call back. I never received a call back. Finally, 19 days after having made my original purchase I received my product. If they would have called me back to explain that shipping was backed-up or had posted something on their website that would have been fine. I will never shop from there again when they have competitors, like Amazon, that can ship to you in two days. I know that they are not Amazon, but having to wait 19 days for a product is beyond ridiculous and it wasn't just me, my fiance ordered from there as well and it still took just as long.

No customer support, no answers, fraudulent information on your website, refusal to answer phone calls, emails, Paypal messages, etc. I just want to know when my order will come. Tomorrow, Mon. June 4 is the LAST day I will wait for an answer. After that, Paypal will handle the dispute from here on out! You have the nerve to ask for a review when you won't contact me about my product!! Only gave 1 red star because I can't give less!

They took a month to get my order to me and they finally sent a email out about a week before i got the product to let me know they were behind. Maybe a little more communication to let the customer know the product is still coming. overall I 'm happy with the pills and their pricing beat all everyone and i didnt have to pay shipping

I just got my products yesterday. time will tell if they are as good as advertised

I made the online purchase on May 9. Made several attempts to contact the company via email and telephone, did listen to a precorded reason for delays of shipment. Still no shipment arrived, no payment removed, no one answering the email or telephone number as listed. I saw a facebook posting for "like us" on facebook so I posted a note their. I still received no response. I finally found a contact place on the third depth of the company webpage listing and sent a note to cancel my order. Of course then I received a note back that I couldn't do that because they had shipped my order. I finally received my order nearly a month later(short by a few days). How can a business stay in business, no matter how good their product, if they don't have a responsive customer service department. A telephone message that we are overwhelmed is not acceptable. Just because they have gotten larger orders from big box stores does not mean they should discount the individual because they may be the same folks who might make a big box store purchase as well. I have never had such a poor customer service experience with an on line company.

I ordered in the middle of April and still haven't received my order I've contacted customer service and have gotten no response to my email I will NEVER order from this company again!!! and I'm going to report them to the BBC DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
