My order took some time to get to me but the wait was understandable considering all the publicity and orders generated by the Dr Oz show. Besides the wait, everything else was excellent.

I understand that this company has been flloded with orders BUT they should have it under control by now. I do not recieve updates, my orders take a long time to arrive and they DO NOT answer the phone, repl to messages or respond to emails. My mom ordered on May 4 and still had not recieved her order. Pure health posted on FB that their May 26th orders have gone out well what about my mom's order. They obviously do not care about customer service. I WILL NOT order from Pure Health again.

This company has an 800 number that seems odd (rings weird) I ordered two different products and they got one right and one wrong. The invoice was showing the right order but the person reading it, got it wrong. "It was in English"

Finally got my order. Took longer then I had expected. When I called customer service about it they explained why and product arrived when they said it would.

I had to log in under my friend so I could write another review because my first was on May 8 and I can not update review so it shows up today. I PLACED MY ORDER ON 4/26/12 AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT!! I have tried to email and call and I never get a response. My order was paid for with paypal within 24hrs. It is well past the 3 weeks of the promised date of shipping. When I enter my confirm# at purehealth website it states my order was shipped, it has said that now for over three weeks. I am going to give it one more try before I dispute with paypal. I ordered a btl of pure green coffee bean from another company and received within 5 days. I will NOT be ordering again from Purehealth and I am quite turned off by the lack of customer care with the back orders and to read on here of those who ordered after me and received the product already just adds more to my frustration with dealing with this company.. If I could give a zero rating I would because 1 star is being kind. I almost feel as if any good reviews are from the company itself

I placed an ordered for green coffee beans. Received an email on 4/27/12 stating that they were way behind on filling orders. I went on line.this evening 6/4/12 to obtain the status of my order by entering my confirmation no.only to be informed that my no. Could not be found, yet my visa was charged for the order.

I ORDERED A PRODUCT ON 5/14/2012. ON 5/19 I INQUIRED BY EMAIL AS TO A SHIPPING DATE AND GOT NO REPLY. ON 5/24 I EMAILED AGAIN, AND AGAIN, NO REPLY. ON 5/25 I CALLED, NO ONE ANSWERED, NOT EVEN A RECORDING. I TRIED AGAIN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, NO ANSWER. FINALLY MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED AND THE ORDER ARRIVED ON FRIDAY, JUNE 1ST. NEARLY 3 WEEKS AFTER MY PURCHASE. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN!
