I have never received my order fro, Pure Health LLC. My account was charged for the order! No wonder they offer "FREE SHIPPING" - you never get your order so it costs them nothing! I sent them an email and never heard back from them. I see several people have also complained about their service online....I wish Dr. Oz had never mentioned them! I should have tried the other company he mentioned instead of this one! Buyers beware!

Ordered supplements "green coffee bean extract" and waited about 20 days to get them with absolutely no feedback on the delivery status from the company! I know this was a popular item and you could have been out of stock but...........E-mailed you all three times and have yet to get an e-mail/answer from anyone. It's not good business to ignore customers, even those online. Ordered some for my sister too and neither of us will probably purchase from you all again! Too shaky with the delivery!

I apologize that you have been unable to reach us regarding your order. The April segment of Dr. Oz segment on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week. We were inundated with a HUGE increase in orders and subsequent calls and e-mails since the Dr. Oz segment. We had no idea the segment was planned or that he linked us to his website and we honestly had NO idea the response we would receive. Our phone lines were backed up with calls that we had people on the phone and people on hold, so anyone else who tried to call in got a strange "disconnected" signal, and we had over 20,000 emails in our inbox And after a while, our voicemail box filled up because we didn't have the manpower, at the time, to handle the unexpected influx of business. I have ordered from this company on two ocassions.The shipping is VERY SLOW and they do not provide you with a tracking number. However, customer service on the phone was very nice. This last time I ordered on May12 and it is now June 4. No product has arrived yet. They say it should be here in 1 more week. 23 days so far. So 1 more week will make it about 30 days.

I heard on Dr. Oz about green coffee beans. I went on to the web and purchased 6 bottles from pure health. I wasn't sure about deliver to Canada, but really wanted to take a chance that pure health would fill my order and have no problem sending it to me. The order arrived a bit late, but I had an email explaining that the Dr. Oz show had swamped their orders of green coffee beans. Very understandable. The order arrived within 3 weeks. I have started taking the green coffee beans, i don't know how they will work on my weight, but I am hopeful! judy

I ordered a product in April and didn't receive it until a month later, they did send emails out saying they were working quickly as possible and hiring more staff to fulfill orders. I ordered another product just because they sell pure products and again it took awhile to receive then it was the wrong order. I tried calling to correct the order but lost patience waiting on the phone so long so I emailed them and have not gotten a response or the correct order. I don't know if I'm supposed to send the wrong order back, keep it as an apology gift or if I'm just supposed to deal with it. Overall I don't believe the company is a bad company, they just need to fulfill orders prompter and have more communication.

i understand the overwhelming response for product after the Dr. Oz show and was willing to be patient for the shipment. My only really negative feedback is that better communication would have solved my concern over having to wait almost 3 weeks. After receiving my order I am completely satisfied and will order from this company again.
