I was beginning to think that it was a fake website. I attempted to contact the company with the number provided and it was out of order.

Actually a friend did ask me about the product I ordered, green coffee beans. It's maybe the fifth day but honestly cannot report anything different so far, but willing to try for 6 weeks. I know the company is back-logged with orders, but I still think it took too long to get my delivery...almost a month. It would be nice to be offered a promotion code for a discount for my next order. Anyway, I'm looking for weight loss, and this seemed like a safe way to go.

Please do not send more of this product. I do not like the green coffee beans. Please cancel any further shipments.

I placed my order on 05/14/12 and it supposedly shipped on 05/28/12. I still do not have my order. There is no tracking provided on my account. I've called them several times in the past two weeks. I either received their answering machine or the phone had an irregular ringtone. Never a person. I then emailed to see where my package was and requested for a response. Nothing. I hope the product works better than their service!

I have had nothing but a great experience with Pure Health! I ordered those Green Coffee Beans referred by Dr. Oz and they had a flood of orders! They informed me via email about their flood of orders and said they were working around the clock to fullfill the order. It took about 3 weeks for the first order. But, when I reordered, my order arrived within one week of placing the order, and I love the phamplet that they include with your pills that explain how and why the pills work. I will order again from them.

well can't rate the product since I still have'nt received it yet don't know where its coming from. I guess I will purchase else where next time its has been almost a month. I have tried calling lines are always busy. Tried tracking it at the web site it has not even been shipped.

It's been over a month and I have still not received my order. I sent an email weeks ago asking when I might expect to receive my order and got no response at all. I just tried calling the toll free number and got a voice message saying that they weren't open until 9:00 a.m. It was 9:10 a.m. when I called. This is not very professional by any means!! No time was wasted in billing my credit card for my order. I'm starting to think this is a big rip off! I was charged $15.00 for shipping (Canadian order), which is alot, especially if it takes this long. I don't think I will be recommending this company to anyone nor will I be placing any more orders through Pure Health!!

I was happy to know your conpany was legitimate when I received my order. It took three weeks which would have been fine if they would have at least communicated to me what was going on until then. After going into checking for a scam I got a little worried. Thanks for coming through.
