I was extremely disappointed in the delivery time of my product. it took over 3.5 weeks when at the most it should have only been 10 days. I feel that those customers that did not receive the orders in a timely manner should have at the very least been given a coupon for future use. I believe that the customer service of this company has a long way to go to make customers satisfied. As for the product i ordered i was very satisfied with the product.

I was beginning to think I had fallen for a sham Internet site because none of my emails asking for the status of my order were responded to. Each time I called the Customer Service number, it was never answered and there was no answering service. Sometimes the phone rang continuously like it was out of order. I was about to contact my credit card to stop the payment when I checked online one last time for the status of my order. I saw it was shipped but no tracking number was given. From the time I ordered on May 16 to the time I received my order on May 31, I was completely in the dark with no response from Pure Health LLC and no way to talk to someone. On the plus side, I got my order two days after it was shipped.

I THINK MY HEADER SAYS IT ALL. MADE 2 ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT BY EMAIL AND ONLY RECEIVED ONE RESPONSE. I DO A FAIR AMOUNT OF ON-LINE ORDERING AND IT HAS BEEN MANY YEARS SINCE IT HAS TAKEN 4 WEEKS FOR SOMETHING TO ARRIVE. I HAVE NO OPINION YET ON THE PRODUCT AS I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR ONE WEEK.

I want my money back, tried to contact over the phone and. Via email NEVER get an answer! Didn't get the product in 3 weeks!!!

I ordered from your site, I recieved a confimation email. The next day it was gone. This happened to my boyfriend who also ordered from your company. I dont understand this. I dont have any tracking number, no correspondence concerning my order. I think there is some room for improvement in this area...

Shortly after placing an order, I had to cancel......I never got a response from them after numerous tries of phone call calls and emails but no answer to any....I have been requesting a complete refund but have been completely ignored.....

I ordered once from Purehealth, AND never received an email or confirmation about the order, so I emailed customer service, in order TO CANCEL MY ORDER. Customer service NEVER RESPONDED. About a week later, I received TWO ORDERS OF MY ORIGINAL ORDER, AND OF COURSE MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I was so exciting after researching several company's that sell the coffee bean, that I decided on Pure Health. Upon ordering I received email confirmation. Then a week passed and my account had not been debited but I also had not heard from the company. I called several times and the phone made a funny ring. A month later I was charged and shipment was received a day later. The in between with no phone contact or no response to email sent made me nervous. I will not order from them again which is to bad because there prices are very good and I have been taking them for a week and feel great
