The order took longer than I had expected.
he vitamins that I ordered do seem to helping me. I will be considering buying more and hope that the order does come faster.

Good Product
Good product. Only thing was shipping time was not expressed at purchase so you had to call to see when it was expected to come. After finding out when it would be here, item was shipped according to the time they quoted.

Wouldn't order again.
Took a month to get my order and when I did finally get it, it wasn't even right. I wouldn't order from there again.

Very SLOW~
It took over a month to receive the order........that is a bit ridiculous. I also sent an email to them asking where my order was and I heard nothing.....not even an "we are sorry" the order is taking so long....I think the least they could do is stay in touch with the consumer on when they can expect their order to arrive.

NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL I SEND

Customer service sucks!
Sorry for the crass statement, but I am extremely frustrated. I ordered the product on 4/21/2012, received it on 5/11/2012, & started emailing on 5/17/2012 asking if I needed a RA # to return. No response. By May 22, I had made 3 attempts at contact to no avail and sent an email stating that I would be returning the product regardless, if I did not hear from someone that week. NO RESPONSE. So, on May 26th, I returned the product. On June 8th, I emailed [email protected] to inquire as to whether or not they had received my return. NO RESPONSE AGAIN! Today I called the 888# on my order - had to leave another vm! I don't care how busy you are, there's no excuse for a total lack of customer service!

I was able to look your order information up and it does show that we issued you a refund for your purchase. I am very sorry about your wait and any confusion our delayed shipping may have caused.

Over all the experience wasn't bad.
The only thing I didn't like about my experience at Pure Health was the amount of time it took to get the product. Just seems that they are a little slow about shipping the product.
