I still haven't received my order and it has been almost 2 months. I lodged a complaint on the 45th day after paying with Paypal in order to have their backing in case I never do receive the order. My questions to Pure Health regarding shipment of my order went unanswered. After I lodged a cmplant with Paypal, Pure Health has supposedly shipped my order an have supplied a tracking number.

My credit card was charged the day i ordered,back when Dr. Oz told about green coffee. I still haven't recieved my order as of 6/19/12. Just a note, or someone taking my call would help.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your package yet. I did check on the status of your order, but when I saw your April 26th order date I immediately knew the problem. Your order has indeed not shipped yet. I am very sorry about that. We received so many orders after our product was featured on Dr. Oz that our shipping process was overloaded and many orders placed on that day never got put out. We have been trying to get in touch with everyone this happened to. I can certainly issue you a full refund. Or if you would like I can pack you an order today that will ship out today. If you send me your email I can send you a new tracking number for it. We would also send you an extra bottle for your trouble. Please let me know what you would like to do. I enjoy the quality of the products and have been receiving them in a timely manner. Some of the supplements noted on Dr Oz took a little longer to receive, but now they arrive promptly.

The website was great, shipping great. Everything easy to use. Got my product quickly. Been taking it for a week now and haven't seen any results. May be too soon.

My payment was processed on May 8. My shipment was not sent out until May 27. I finally received my order today, May 19. I think that is a little long to wait for an order.

I have no issues at all with the product other than cost. $15 for 30 capsules are gone in a week or two depending on how many I take. I have been taking only one or two a day to make them last when I would prefer to take 4-6 a day. I got online and there are other companies offering pure green coffee bean extract, 90 capsules for $24 so I am giving them a shot. If I knew the real value of buying Pure Health vs. another brand that may sway me to repurchase with Pure Health but otherwise I will more than likely go with the cheaper brand.

With the many,many orders this company had to have received after the Dr. Oz show for the green coffee extract, I was happy to wait a while to receive it. I had read some of the terrible comments others were writing about this company, but how can a company prepare for orders of that magnitude.
