I was very pleased with the web site, ease of ordering and the follow up the company made when shipped. After my first order they were over whelmed with orders and I received an email letting me know there would be a delay. Really appreciated that.

I ordered online. I waited quite awhile and had not received my order nor did I recieve any correspondence about my order. I emailed a couple of times about my order with no response. If they were out of the product...I should have been informed..Not very happy about the start of my relationship with Pure Health. My bottles of 30 were short - had 27 in bottle of 30. and a couple short in one of the other 3 bottles. Think they need to check with their suppliers. I also didn't have any idea where they were located...not on the website. (I thought maybe they were in China or out of the country) My second order was delivered right away after I placed it. That is really what I expected in the first place. So this isn't the best of reviews..you are rewarded for service and delivery...I run a company...I should know. thanks, Paula

Pure Health is capitalizing on a fad/scam. I don't usually fall for them, but Dr. Oz and a health study convinced me. Well, we (my wife and I) tried the Green Coffee Bean extract faithfully for two plus weeks and neither of us lost a pound. And as for side effects, we cannot scientifically prove it, but my wife complained of gas and as for me, I am not a coffee drinker, so I had an increase in anxiety with insomnia. Done with it. Save your money, buy an exercise machine and do it the old-fashioned way. T

Hi Todd, I was very sorry to read your review of Pure Health. The Green Coffee Bean Extract is an amazing weight loss supplement. However, it is not a miracle drug. The people who are having the best results from taking it are on the regiment for well over two weeks. The individuals featured in the Dr. Oz segment were on the Green Coffee Bean Extract for nearly 22 weeks. I know it is frustrating to expect weight loss results and not receive them. But the health benefits of the Green Coffee Bean alone make it one of the best things you can put into your body. Sincerly, Brent

When I first ordered product from Pure Health they had just been featured on the Dr. Oz show and their volume (which I was told after calling) went times 9!My order was delayed slightly BUT when it arrived it was just as ordered and the product is working great for me this tells me there are no fillers/binding agents ,etc. so you get exactly what you ordered no strings attached.Also when I did call I spoke to an upbeat woman who was able to answer ALL of my questions.I soon ordered another product which was shipped and recieved without issues.Although they are a small but growing company they are VERY professional and are ALL ABOUT customer service,hard to find these days!

Hi Stephanie, I was very sorry to hear that your bottle did not contain all 30 capsules. There must have been a slight error in the manufacturing of that particular bottle. Occasionally a bottle will be few capsules short. But 99% they have all 30 capsules. What I will do is just send you a brand new bottle on us.
