I waited for at least a month for my first order...thought maybe it was out of stock. I re-ordered several weeks ago, paid by credit card, and am still waiting for shipment. In the meantime I had an opportunity to order from another company and have already received the shipment in one week's time! That's service! I'm concerned about the integrity of Pure Health....

Hi Vangie, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I was sorry to read about your experience with us. We were back logged with orders in May after Dr. Oz talked about us on his television program. That was the reason for the delay. We have gotten everything back to normal and there should be no more issues with shipping on our end. I did some checking for your package and it looks like it arrived at your local Post office July 12th. It has not moved since then. If you contact your Post Office with the tracking number we emailed you, you should be able to get the package. I am very sorry there was this problem with your second order. I would recommend this site to everyone. The order is shipped promptly. The product is outstanding. The fact that I can pay with PayPal was the closer for me.

After I had heard about the pure green bean coffee extract, I was very excited to try it! I went online and found many companies selling this product, but I went with Pure Health since the website looked reputable and had some association with the Dr. Oz Show. Plus, they had a promo for multiple bottles ordered for $12.99/bottle. I made an order for 4 bottles on May 22, 2012. I received an email immediately confirming that they received my order. A weekend and 3 days had passed and I hadn't heard anything, not that they had sent my order, or if my order was processing etc. so I sent an email to see if it had shipped. There was no response...ever. I also tried their 1-888 phone number several times, only to receive a continually ringing tone with no connection to an answering machine or even an automated message. At this point, I ended up ordering the capsules from another company in which I received immediate, excellent service. I was getting my order sent to a US parcel service (I'm in Canada) since the shipping was cheaper if I had it shipped to a US address rather than a Canadian one. I had an email confirmation that it had arrived, so I made my way to pick up the package. At this point, I also opened a dispute with PayPal to force some sort of action from Pure Health to respond to my concerns since I didn't get any response from email or phone with my questions. They did not respond at all through PayPal despite the 20-day dispute deadline. When I went to pick up the other order with the other company, to my surprise the order I made from Pure Health was also there! It had already been more than 2 weeks after I made the order and I hadn't heard anything, yet they shipped it and of course my credit card had already been charged. However, when I opened the package, there was only 2 of the 4 bottles that I ordered. So, I wrote another email to Pure Health saying that I didn't receive the 2 bottles and said to either send the other 2 bottles or give me a refund - I wasn't sure if I was going to hear from them at all. That same afternoon I heard from Dorene who was very apologetic and from then on answered my emails promptly! She did end up sending the other 2 bottles, but at the cost of my driving down across the border again and paying another fee to the parcel service for receiving my order. Never again will I deal with this company because of the poor customer service. I would've been ok if it didn't arrive quickly, but it was quite frustrating not knowing what had happened to my order and that my credit card was charged.

Hi Cheryl, I was very sorry to read about your recent experience with Pure Health. After the Dr. Oz program aired, we were severly back logged with people ordering the green coffee bean extract. That back log of orders caused many problems with our operations. It took us until June to get all those issues sorted out. I am very sorry that your order was affected by those troubles. I was very glad to read that Dorene was able to get things sorted out for you. I completely understand how frustrating this situation was for you. You expected to have the product you ordered in about a week, and not to receive it for over a month is not fair to you as a consumer. First time I bought the green coffee extract I waited ages for my order (about 5 weeks) but that was due to the overwhelming response Pure Health was dealing with from the Dr. Oz show regarding this product. Now it seems that everything is back to normal and my most recent order came very quickly. Also, being able to buy the product in larger quantity is a money saver both for the product and shipping. Very impressed with Pure Health. Their website is very informative. When I had a question, I received a response right back. Their prices are competitive. I ordered by product and received them right away. I have already referred 5 friends and they love the customer service, information and most of all timely product arrival.

Unbelievable how this product works. I'm not even over weight and the Pure Health coffee bean extract works for me. I'm very faithful with the dosage, and now am curbing my appetite. I use to be a chocoholic and it has curbed my cravings. I still eat chocolate but in moderation. I exercise but not strenuous. I weighed 156 a month ago and now weigh 146 and am 5'6''. I'm 68 yrs old and very healthy. I tried other brands but wasted my money on them. I will definitely stick to Pure Health.
