I ordered the Pure Coffee Bean extract and did not receive shipping confirmation so had to call to find out the status. Have been taking the product for 2 weeks (exactly as indicated on the bottle) and did not lose any weight. Very disappointed.

Hi Connie, Thank you very much for your recent purchase from Pure Health. I was very sorry to hear that you have not lost any weight. The product does take some time to get into your system and start burning fat. The individuals featured on the Dr. Oz program were taking it for 22 weeks, and it took them some time to start seeing results. I say just to stick with it. We normally say that you can expect to see some weight loss after about two weeks if you are taking the correct dosage. But sometimes it takes a little longer, everyone is different. It took a full 7 days to get my order. I called after 5 days to see why I hadn't received it yet and was told that if I didn't receive it by the seventh day I could call back and they would send a new order. They did offer to send a new order the day I called them, but I decided to wait for the 7th day to see if it would show up. They should work on making the deliveries faster.

The first bottle I was losing a pund a day then the second order I believe did not have the true product in it as there is a high demand for product becasue it was on Dr.Oz. I believe something else was put in capsules. Will not order again

Hi Sherri, I was very sorry to read that you were gaining weight while taking the supplement. If you changed up the dosage or regiment in anyway, that can affect the way the supplement works. The capsules are exactly the same formula as they have always been. We have not changed things with the Green Coffee Extract in any way.
