I have been taking 4 pills a day for over 2 months and have not lost a single pound. The green coffee supplement was represented to increase metabolism so you would lose weight without any change in diet or exercise. I ate healthy low fat meals and maintained my rigorous exercise regime thinking this supplement would help me lose some extra weight. The company represented that the average loss was 15 lbs. I have lost nothing except the money for this product.

Hi Gayle, I was very sorry to read that you were not happy with your results from the Green Coffee Bean Extract. I know it can be frustrating to expect weight loss and not to see any when so many others are. The people featured on Dr. Oz were on the supplement for 22 weeks. It took them a long time before they experienced any weight loss. And the Green Coffee Extract is no miracle pill. Every person responds diffrently to the supplement. A few people may just feel the amazing health benefits of the Green Coffee Bean alone, with no weight loss. Again, I was sorry to hear that you were not happy with the results of the supplement. I've gained over or just about 20lbs over the past year and a half. I've taken diet pills, tried the master cleanse, detox teas, ACV water, and dieted with some exercise. Nothing seemed to work. So far, I've purchased 3 bottles of the green coffee bean and one raspberry ketone. At first, I did not notice results because I admit that I did not take as described. Once I did, I've been noticing a difference. I'm not as hungry, my energized (slightly), and there's a difference in my weight! So far after taking it correctly, I've lost 7lbs over the past week or so. Will purchase again... Soon!
