Hi Bonnie, I was very sorry to read about your order. I did some checking on the package for you. The US Postal Service attempted to deliver your package on July 27th. For some reason the tracking information says they could not deliver the package to your address. Right now they still have the package. This is your tracking# 9102969007164835931113. If you contact your local post office they should be able to give you the package. Otherwise, they will eventually return it to us. We can try to mail you another package if you would like. We may have to adjust your shipping address to prevent this same problem from happening again.
