I'm impressed with how fast I got my order. Seems like when you order from anywhere these days they don't process the order for a few days then it's over a week or more before you get the product. I will buy from Pure Health again in the future. I like the product too.

My doctor recommended I take this while weening off a prescription diet pill, and it's worked well. Keeps me from eating everything in my house - but definitely have to take the second dose later in the day. Better than the other stuff you get a GNC that gives you the shakes. This was more of a steady increase in focus/decrease in appetite.

I am pleased with the delivery service of my green coffee bean product. I like the larger bottle (90 caps). I did not understand why the other bottles were so small when you need to take at least 2 per day. I am also happy with the product as I have lost a few pounds and have not gained any pounds back even though I have gone off my healthy eating regimen at times. That did not happen before. So I am a true believer and will be ordering a lot more green coffee bean in the future!

Great customer service! When my first order arrived, it was the wrong item. I emailed PureHealth and that same afternoon received not only a personal response to my email, but was also provided with a solution. I didn't have to call or wait an extra day, the correct product was shipped out that day! I really appreciated the prompt response from a person! and not an automatically generated email telling me that "someone would get back to me". It was fantastic. Even though I had recieved the wrong product initially, I was so pleased with the resolution of the problem that I will continue to purchase supplements from PureHealth.

I am still awaiting results on the green coffee extract capsules. I have not lost any weight yet, just trying for 5 pounds. The shipping was quick, and the product, as ordered.

We really work hard to get our shipping and customers service departments first rate. As for the effectiveness of the supplemet, the normal time frame when people can expect to start seeing weight loss is about two weeeks. We always advise people to not expect any results until after that time. I think that if you just continue with the regimen that you will be very pleased with the results. The first order of Green Coffee Bean extract was fine. The second order that I received, not so much. The capsules were only 1/3 full and appeared to be old or dried out. Very disappointed.

What I am going to do is mail you out another bottle today. You should have it by the later half of next week. I am very sorry you got a bottle that was not full. Sometimes there are mistakes in the filling process of the bottles. But the capsules should not be defective in any way. They don't dry out or rot. They have a shelf life of over two years.
