green coffee color changed
For some reason the color of the green coffee bean was lighter then the first order. I called to ask why and the girl told me I was mistaken. I told her, that I had them to compair and I asked if they made a change because I order the larger amount in a bottle... she said no, I was Wrong. It makes me wonder if the prodict is consistant. Also..Not losing any weight with the green coffee and rasberry. Hoped a month would show a difference.

Hi Susan, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. We use these reviews to determine how our customer service and shipping departments are doing. The woman you spoke with was misinformed about the color of the coffee extract. The capsule was a brown color. It is now a tan/beige color. There are some slight color/ taste differences from batch to batch. This is a food product and there can be this variation. There is no difference in the effectiveness or potency of the bottle you have. All the capsules have the same Chlorogenic Acid that is naturally found in the unroasted coffee bean. Also, I would say that it can take some time for people to start seeing weight loss once they begin the regimen. I know is not what you hoped for.
