An order placed about a month ago never arrived. I spoke to someone at Pure Health and they said they would send out more green coffee bean capsules. I never saw an "order has been shipped notice" so am wondering where they are and when I should expect this order. They do help me with appetite suppression, and the scales are begging for them to arrive soon!

I love the product, am now on my second bottle but when I ordered the 2nd bottle and hadn't received it in 6 days.....I called the company. they told me to follow up with USPS, no results and another call and then finally...they shipped me another bottle. In all fairness, they offered to refund my $ but I had started the product 2 weeks prior and really wanted to continue! All in all, happy with product...never learned what happened to my original order!

Hi Margaret, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. After the Dr. Oz show in April, we had a few orders that were severly delayed. We were under the inpression that all the orders that were never shipped, had all been resolved. I am very sorry you never got your package or your refund. I have just issued a refund back to your Visa. You should see the credit within 24hrs. Again, I am very sorry about this proble. Been taking Pure Green Coffee Bean for past 5 weeks, and absolutely nothing. Not an overeater, careful what I eat, exercise, and still no help from this so-called "fantastic" weight-loss product. Not one pound lost. Feel foolish for having fallen prey to the hyperbole, especially after viewing it on Dr. Oz.

Our research has shown that 90-95% of people who take the supplement are losing weight while on the regimen. With any product of this type, there is a small population (10-15%) of people who the supplement may not be as effective for.
